Ralph has 20 years Commercial/Residential construction experience in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and roofing, which gives him an edge over many inspectors.
A Certified Master Inspector with over one thousand inspections and 7 years of inspection experience,
Ralph is licensed and/or certified in; Certified Master Inspector through Certified Master Inspection Board, Certified Home Inspector through InterNaCHI (Inter-National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), Licensed Home Inspector through NYS Department of Stae (12 hours in-service training annually).
Codes Enforcement Official through NYS Department of State (24 hours in-service training annually) and Disaster Inspector through PaRR Inspections NYSDEC Pesticide Technician. Ralph also has an Asbestos Handlers license through Environmnental Compliance Co. (4 years, currently out of date), Asbestos Supervisors License through Environmental Compliance Co. (12 years, currently out of date) & Introduction to Estimating, San Diego University.
